We are certified by DEKRA since 1994 as one of the first telemarketing service providers in Germany. The DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 is what we live by every day.
We are customer oriented, strive for continuous improvement and value the relationships with all our business partners – these are our quality principles.
Since 2009 we have acquired another quality certification: the TÜV Rheinland with emphasis on protection of data privacy and user friendliness.
All CTM companies are re-examined on a yearly basis and successfully re-certified regularly.
As an active member of the Call Center Verband Deutschland e.V. we as a matter of course feel obliged to their ethical code.
